I started M&O because the best work I've ever been part of was never mine alone. It was the cinematographer who saw the light differently. The stylist who pushed the palette one step further. The editor who found the cut nobody else would have made. The "others" are not support. They are the work!​​

M&O is not an agency. It's a way of working. For every project I step into the role the work needs: Creative Producer, Visual Director, Art Director, or all three at once. Around that I build a handpicked team: the right gaffer, the right editor, the right stylist for this world. From my diverse network I hire the people this specific project deserves. Some projects I lead from the front. Others I build from behind the scenes. Either way, I know exactly where we're going.​
